Loft conversions are a great way to increase the size of your home if you don't have space for an extension. So why not go into the loft and use that empty space? Loft conversions are generally a quicker way of gaining that extra room without a huge disruption to the entire property. They are usually constructed by a dormer at the rear of the roof giving extra headroom and floor space, with a Velux window at the front. It's also well documented that converting your loft can add up to 25% value to the property.
